Frequently asked questions
Everything parents tend to ask before joining Noeva. Still curious? Get in touch.
What exactly is Noeva?+
Noeva is an AI learning companion for children aged 6 to 18. Each child gets four daily Moves — Noeva's word for the daily learning tasks — across eight pillars of growth: Build, Intelligence, Mind, Energy, Create, World, Connect, and Foundations. Each Move is calibrated to your child's age, phase, and pace.
A note on language: on Noeva, the young people learning are called Sparks. Your child is one. You'll see the word throughout the learning companion and in family-facing communication — it's our way of naming the curiosity we hope to keep alive.
Who is Noeva designed for?+
Families who want education that prepares children for the world they'll actually live in. It works as a full-time homeschool spine, an after-school enrichment tool, or a way to fill the gaps left by traditional schooling.
How is it structured?+
Noeva runs as continuous learning — there are no fixed term breaks. Each day is built around four Moves and three Anchors. The four Moves are the daily learning tasks across your child's active pillars. The three Anchors are short daily habits that ground the day: Reflect (the daily journal), Tune (the world news feed), and Track (the markets feed). Parents shape the rhythm from the Parent Portal settings, marking days off, rest days, or holidays around their family's life.
What does my child do after finishing their daily tasks?+
Each day is built around four Moves and three Anchors. Once those are complete, your Spark can pick up their ongoing project — a deeper piece of work that runs across the four-week learning cycle — or head into the Explore section for further challenges. Alternatively, you might guide them toward sport, outdoor time, or simply space to follow their own interests. Noeva is designed to anchor the day, not fill it.
How does Noeva personalise to my child?+
When you add a child, their date of birth sets an age-appropriate phase in the programme. From there, tasks adapt to performance, the pillars you have switched on, and the projects your child is building.
Can I control what my child sees?+
Yes. From the Parent Dashboard you can switch each of the eight pillars and daily Anchors — Reflect, Tune, Track — on or off per child, set goals, and review everything they've completed.
Is it safe? Can my child contact strangers?+
No. Noeva is a closed environment. There is no public chat, no social feed, and no way for children to message anyone outside the family. The only conversation thread is between parent and child.
Does Noeva use AI?+
Yes — thoughtfully. AI helps generate adaptive tasks, give feedback on writing and assessments, and answer parent questions. Children also learn how AI itself works as part of the programme.
Will Noeva replace school?+
It can, if you want it to. Many families use Noeva as their full homeschool programme. Others run it alongside a traditional school to add depth in areas school doesn't cover well — investing, AI, the nervous system, real-world maths, and global cultures.
What ages does it cover?+
Noeva is built for ages 6 to 18. The adaptive engine calibrates tasks to each child's age and pace — gentler foundations and shorter sessions for younger learners, scaling up through six developmental phases to advanced mastery by 18. By 18, learners have worked through mastery targets across all eight pillars.
How much does it cost?+
Founding families join from £85/month, locked in for life — that rate never goes up, even as Noeva grows. The standard price after the founding window will be from £99/month. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you won't be charged until you've had a week to make sure it's right for your family. Cancel any time during the trial and you'll never be billed.
What devices does it work on?+
Noeva runs in any modern web browser on a laptop, desktop, or tablet. A dedicated mobile experience is also supported for journaling and check-ins on the go.
How do I get started?+
Noeva is live and open for founding families. Head to the Sign up page, create your account, add your child, and start your 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and your founding family rate is locked in for life.
