Hardship & Financial Support

A note from Kate, founder of Noeva

Noeva was built because every child deserves a deep, modern education — one that prepares them for the world as it actually is. We believe that opportunity shouldn't depend on a family's income, and we want Noeva to be available to as many children as possible.

If the subscription cost is a barrier for your family — whether because of a change in circumstances, long-term financial pressure, or anything else — please get in touch. We will do what we reasonably can to help, including reduced rates, payment plans, or short-term pauses.

Who this is for

This support is for families who genuinely cannot meet the standard subscription cost and would otherwise be unable to access Noeva. There is no formal means test — we ask only that you apply in good faith so we can keep this support available to as many families as need it.

What we can offer

We consider each request individually. Depending on circumstances, support may include:

  • A reduced monthly or annual rate for an agreed period
  • A short pause on payments while you get back on your feet
  • A fully sponsored place, where funding allows

We're a small, independent company, so the number of supported places we can offer at any one time is limited. We'll always be honest with you about what we can do.

How to apply

You can either email hello@noeva.live with the subject line Hardship support request, or use the short form below. You don't need to share documents or detailed financial information — a short note about your situation and what would make Noeva workable for your family is enough to start a conversation.

All requests are handled privately and respectfully by Kate. We will reply within 7 days.

Our promise

No child on a hardship place is ever marked, flagged, or treated differently inside Noeva. The experience is identical to a full-paying family — because it should be.
