Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These terms govern your use of Noeva, an AI learning companion operated by The KBI Group Limited (registered in England & Wales, Company Number 14699823, registered office 7 Lynwood Court, Priestlands Place, Lymington, Hampshire, SO41 9GA, VAT Number GB 483 5139 74).

Your subscription

When you sign up, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription at the founding family rate (from £85/month for one child). Your trial runs for 14 days from sign-up. We will email you 3 days before your trial ends and again 1 day before. After your trial, your subscription will automatically continue at the price shown at sign-up unless you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your Parent Dashboard or by emailing hello@noeva.live. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Your founding family rate

If you joined Noeva during the founding family period (the first 200 families, or before 30 June 2026 — whichever comes first), your rate is locked for as long as you remain with your learning companion. We will give you 60 days' notice of any future changes that would affect your account.

Your account and your child

You are responsible for the security of your login details. The Parent PIN protects sections of the learning companion that only you should access. You agree that you are a parent or guardian of any child profile you create on Noeva, and that you have authority to give us their personal data for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Noeva is for personal, family use. You agree not to share your login details with people outside your family, not to attempt to circumvent the parent controls, and not to use Noeva for any unlawful purpose.

Our content

The Noeva learning companion, daily Moves, Anchors, the eight pillars framework, the Mastery by 18 system, and all written and visual content remain the intellectual property of The KBI Group Limited. You and your child are free to keep, print, or share your child's own work and journal entries — those belong to your family.
